Plum stands for Practical Lightweight Universal Methodology, and consists of
a comprehensive development environment that includes a Windows-based IDE;
code generator; robust application framework; development methodology; simple
integrated Content Management System (CMS); and stored procedure, unit test,
and component generators. Plum accomplishes so much for a ColdFusion
developer that it can literally be overwhelming trying to grok it all at

Plum applications as the framework makes extensive use of ColdFusion
